Join Kim High and take a walk along the river to explore its habitat while engaging in light-hearted activities that show how nature ‘has our back!’ This program promises a balanced blend of fun facts about floodplain wildlife communities and imaginative ways to tap into the healing elements of nature. For the adults in the group, Kim will provide follow up resources on the lifelong benefits of Forest Therapy.

This program is limited to 18 people, and reservations are required by calling Kim at 419-705-2203. She will then call you back to confirm and give further details about the meeting location. Depending on the interest level we may add an additional hike date.
